To provide citizens from 9 to 99 years old with the ability to hear the wind, that is, to perceive all the complexity of phenomena that occur around us.

Empowering in each human being the ability to anticipate their future and as such adapt constantly, just as a river adapts to its banks and makes the banks adapt to its course.

Provide data that allows everyone to hear the wind and be able to reach Freedom.
